We engaged with Brenda Currie Property Management team to manage our investment portfolio in 2018 and couldn’t be happier with the service.  We find Brenda to be friendly but entirely professional in all interactions with ourselves and the tenants.  We receive well documented formal reports with photos following each property inspection.  Maintenance requirements are clearly identified and appropriate action to remedy these is also recommended.  Brenda has excellent tradespeople engaged to manage maintenance and is very responsive to tenants’ requests whilst keeping our interests to the forefront.  Brenda is very experienced in selecting the right tenant for the property and is comfortable dealing with all situations to ensure our properties are well cared for, rent payments are timely and that the tenant is happy in their home.
