I currently live outside of New Zealand and was looking for a property manager for my rental property as my tenants had just moved out and I didn’t have the time to organise this myself.  I emailed several property managers in Palmerston North and only heard back from two. Brenda was the first. On inspection of the property Brenda noticed a substantial problem with water leaking at the back of the shower.
